After the runaway success of its premiere season in 2012, Sons & Mothers comes to the Adelaide Festival Centre’s Space Theatre from October 17 – 26.
Sons & Mothers is a love letter to mums.
Swelling with heart and humour, six sons tell the stories of their mothers as they recount their lives from childhood to adulthood, and the stumbles and triumphs they encountered along the way.
Written, devised and directed by Alirio Zavarce with and for the Men’s Ensemble of No Strings, presented by Windmill Theatre and Adelaide Festival Centre
The season of Sons & Mothers will be performed in conjunction with “SONS & MOTHERS” the feature documentary by Christopher Houghton and POP Pictures, with an Australian Premiere at the 2013 Adelaide Film Festival (AFF)
