No Strings Theatre Of Disability presents AMPLIFY 2026, our annual end-of-year showcase celebrating International Day of People with Disability and supporting each and every No Strings performer to step onto stage and into the spotlight.

In 2026 we are thrilled to welcome three new Guest Directors – Lisa K Lanzi, Juha Vanhakartano, Cynthia Schwertsik, working in collaboration with our performers across weekly workshops – Troupe, Theatrics, and Studio.

This new show presents three new works that the performers have been working on all year, collaborating with their peers and supported by practicing professional artists who have provided mentoring and direction to the ensemble. The three new works underscore No Strings’ dedication to empowering artists with disability, to collaborate and create theatre that tackles things that are important to disabled people themselves, through poignant and pithy scenarios that entertain and challenge audiences, capturing hearts and minds, and bringing new insights and understandings.

Running from Thursday, December 3 to Saturday, December 5, AMPLIFY 2026 is set to deliver an unforgettable experience with compelling stories that examine human connection, challenge perceptions, and turn the audience’s gaze back on themselves – all with a light dusting of satirical humour.

No Strings is a creative environment where disabled performers are authors, collaborators, and decision-makers. Our work is socially transformative, recognising disability as a creative identity not a limitation.
