About Jessica Merrick

Jessica Merrick is a consultant, organisational coach and lecturer who advises organisations on leadership, governance and inclusion in complex environments. Her approach is research-informed and practical, shaped by leadership and consulting experience across large public institutions, Big Four and boutique consulting firms.

Trained as a sociologist, Jessica brings a systems lens to oversight and decision-making, with particular insight into power, risk and accountability. Drawing on prior board experience, she values clear and collective decision-making, risk-aware stewardship and sustained alignment between purpose, people and resources.

As a parent of a child living with autism, ADHD and intellectual disability, she holds a grounded commitment to inclusive and access-led practice and proudly supports No Strings its work centring disabled artists in professional theatre.
