About Public Officer – Carla Venturin

Carla is an experienced Solicitor and translator (English/Italian). From her early career with the Attorney-General’s Department of the Northern Territory to her time now as a Director of Venturin Group of Companies, she has spent 30 years working across a diverse group of entities: EU Joint Research Centre (Ispra, Italy); University of New South Wales (Sydney); Menzies School of Health Research (Darwin); and the private sector, assisting with legal and regulatory requirements, participating in contract negotiations, managing property portfolios, legal and accounting, co-ordinating meetings globally for photographers and correspondents (Benetton, Italy). Carla served on the Board of the Darwin Festival for 7 years before moving to Adelaide in 2022.
