No Strings Theatre Of Disability in association with Military and Emergency Services Health Australia (MESHA) and State Theatre Company South Australia presents MY WAR, a groundbreaking production that explores the profound connections between seemingly different lives. This professional theatre work challenges perceptions and transforms how we understand the aftermath of trauma.

MY WAR weaves together the experiences of a returned veteran soldier confronting post-war reality, a young person living with disability immersed in a violent video game, and a mother searching for connection. Through fearless, professional storytelling, the production examines how insults strike like bullets, slurs drag people down, and invisible struggles fill the air with heaviness.

This collaborative work, developed through No Strings’ commitment to co-design, features a talented cast of performers including Adam Bullmore, Michaela Cantwell, Paddy Firster, and Duncan Luke.
